Modern office/work areas, fair pay scale, and 40-hour work weeks for office staff.
Cons
A company that prefers its employees remain compliant while subjected to a toxic male-dominated work environment. Females in various corporate office positions were overlooked in meetings, asked (and expected ) to run errands for male counterparts, targeted by rumors from the HR department, and subjected to continual inappropriate verbal comments from and suggestions to embrace a male member of the executive team. There's no corporate ladder here for women or self-advocates.
