Pros

Work as much overtime as you want. Machinery is always breaking down so they will always need you.

Cons

Very big company so they really dont care about you as a person beyond those you work with every day. Everything is wrapped up in the overall Hubble company so even if Burndy has a great year raises and everything else is base on how well Hubble did.
