      Working in burndy feels like working at home.The working environment is good. The colleagues are supportive.

      The growth is too slow. The appraisal program is just for the name sake. The yearly increment amount is too small amount

      * Freedom- No much restriction on usage of mobile , internet, dress code ets * Less work pressure- Very less work pressure from team leads and other reporting mangers * Cab facility and mediacl insurance

      Cons

      * Very big heirarchy with nominal or nil change in package and responsibility between the posts ( have 3 levels in a single post) * Not highly professtional * Less opportunity to learn and sharpen our skills
