      Pros

      Good salary offcourse. Brand factor. Chance to work on iconic projects. Exposure to new technologies and software. Recognition of good work.

      Cons

      Some instances of overtime. Practice needs to be more standardized and unified.

      Could be so much better

      Pros

      Interesting projects Good benefits e.g. sick pay, holidays Nice office environment and nice people

      Cons

      Lack of flexible working Woeful project management leading to preventable losses and dishonest reporting Unpaid overtime expected at ridiculous levels - one engineer regularly worked up to 20 hours overtime a week and rarely if ever took TOIL. This is expected and those who work only their contracted hours are penalised. Salary terrible for non-engineers

Internal reviews are conducted annually to ensure both technical and non-technical salaries are competitive and in line with our gender pay goals.
