Was fairly in control of my work life balance. Was able to collaborate with all levels of the business. Senior stakeholders were often visible and approachable.

Cons

Remuneration was often on the lower side, generally expected to be doing the role above prior to being promoted. Lost a lot of the office culture post covid.
