      Pros

      Truly fun place to work. Amazing colleagues. Friendly and supportive culture (at least by construction industry standards!) Many awesome, high-profile projects. Learned so much in a short space of time.

      Cons

      Woeful salaries, especially for junior and support staff - some could earn double elsewhere. Seems to be a place to learn and have fun for a year or two before moving on. The LLP/partnership setup makes it feel like a law firm. Too many big egos at partner level. Quality systems and processes are outdated and not used properly by the business.

      Opportunities for growth and responsibility means a strong career path Well connected offices and teams Great projects and very talented engineers

      Cons

      Mentoring could be improved- some people seem to get lost on their career path Very comfortable place to work- sometimes perhaps a little too comfortable

      Poor salary realtive to other firms. Makes it difficult to see long term furture at the company espically in London
