Bad Career Choice

Pros

Other than the fact that Burohappold is a Global Engineering Company there was nothing that impressed me. This was the worse career choice that I have ever made. I hope that Burohappold will learn to appreciate their staff more.

Cons

Lacks professional behaviour and strong management. Rivalry between staff, harassment at work. Staff seems to get away with anything. Needs firmer control. Lack of training.

The people, some of the partners are excellent, great office space and has a great reputation. Good social side to work, if you want

Cons

Trickle down economics doesn't work very well at BH. By all accounts the company is doing well. Grads who would are being worked very hard and producing some excellent work don't get the recognition they deserve- it is very demotivating when you're trying to encourage people to develop. Process is non existent and forget about internal training
