      Good for experienced professionals bad for Starters

      Pros

      Good environment for innovative thinking, good project exposure for experienced professionals, love for you, if you manage to save money for them.

      Cons

      RUDE HR, MANAGEMENT CAN BE ROUGH !, usually experienced professionals tend to harsh but soften if you know some thing they don't know, last minute work which burdens the entire company, worst pay for a company of its size.

      Better management would help the company realise it's dream!!!!!!!!

      Pros

      Good work enviroment, bright new ideas only with no effect, world renowned projects always pending till the last day, sarcasm on deadline day reachs above infinity, HR always hard at work (busy telling people no in a diplomatic way), management always trying to get things done in a cheaper way buy cutting wages.

      Cons

      HR needs to improve, limited interaction between sections, guidance for new comers, relatively low salaries compare to competitors kills motivation, rude behaviour of management adds to diminishing morale, deadline oriented firm, racism with no equal.
