Very little development and management to the point of being chaotic HR is stretched incredibly thin

Pros

You learn a lot. People are great and very smart. Conversations during lunch time are very interesting.

Cons

Working computers are bad. There is little to no natural light in some of the working spaces. The pay is very bad, they will pay you as little as they can. They have stand up desk, to be hones I don't think they are good for your back, as the chairs are crap.

Great company to work for, really prestigious projects, people are very friendly. Very sociable workplace, decent work life balance.

Cons

The salary could have been a bit higher and the training schemes could have improved. Could have been a bit more organised overall.
