Pros
Still got the small and dynamic feel coupled with quirky and innovative approach to work. Involved in interesting and engaging projects.
Cons
Much of the curent suffering has been due to rapid growth and diversification beyond core niche and skills. With hindsight BH were always very prone. The subsequent process of response to the slowdown has been extremely painful with many employees feeling poorly represented at a higher level. Senior managment changes do not appear clear and logical.
