The new office is nice Benefits are good

Cons

There are a lot of office politics that make you feel uncomfortable to work. When you join there will be a training but when the deadlines are close then you have to figure it out yourself. layoffs if your team does not have enough work. I don’t think that there is enough room for creativity.
