-The work environment is highly toxic, with a lack of support from management. There's a consistent feeling of being undervalued, and it's challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. -Management is out of touch with the needs and challenges of employees. Decisions are often made without consultation, leading to confusion and frustration. -leading to low morale and high stress. -There are little to no opportunities for advancement, and those who do get promoted seem to be the ones with the most connections, not necessarily the best performers.
