Bad Career Choice

Pros

Other than the fact that Burohappold is a Global Engineering Company there was nothing that impressed me. This was the worse career choice that I have ever made. I hope that Burohappold will learn to appreciate their staff more.

Cons

Lacks professional behaviour and strong management. Rivalry between staff, harassment at work. Staff seems to get away with anything. Needs firmer control. Lack of training.

Nothing except exploiting employees and insulting them,

Cons

Bad culture, no salary hike or promotion. workload is very high. they don't respect employees, and yell at them infront of everyone.its name sake MNC, Indian company are better than them. People leave frequently. Don't waste your time with them.
