      Pros

      Very professional and organized recruitment process. Communication was clear at every step and expectations were explained properly. The onboarding team was helpful and responsive, making the first days smooth. Friendly and supportive colleagues and a collaborative working environment.

      Cons

      Initial setup takes a bit of time due to standard corporate process, but understandable for such a large organization.

      The culture at Buro Happold is one of collaboration and support. There is a sense of trust and autonomy rarely found in the industry and we are all encouraged to contribute ideas and work flexibly around life out of work. As a partnership our leaders are approachable and committed to the business in ways that our competitors can't replicate. People are respected and there is a genuine sense of everyone belonging to Buro Happold.

      Cons

      For those wanting a straight line of progression, this may not be for you. Your career can take many twists and turns and is driven by the individual a lot of the time, which is great if you don't like to be constrained but if you need absolute guarantees of what it would look like this won't be right for you
