paid cdl training, ok health insurance and dental benefits, most of the office staff are friendly, free bj's store membership.

Cons

chance of injury is high, safety is not practiced by employees in the warehouse. when a floor supervisors encounter a situation they do their best to push it to the side. no teamwork between employees. majority of employees think their better than everyone and like to step on people to increase their paycheck. most floor supervisors are more worried about themselves than their employees..
