Pros

A larger distribution company that maintains a family atmosphere. Some very talented senior leaders who have the right vision for the future. Overall it was a terrific company with some truly fantastic people in every level of management. Strong focus on company culture and customer satisfaction.

Cons

-Fairly shallow talent pool on the supervisory level that stifled operational excellence. -Like any company there were a few supervisors/managers that were merely keeping a seat warm. -Advancement often based on "time served" and not merit.

Great family values and plenty of pride in solving customer issues.

Cons

Very weak vision and lack of strategy has caused them to plateau. Information Systems department is a train wreak as CIO has no practical experience and both his sons working directly for him.
