Good company however very high turnover in certain departments

Great products, being family owned there are no rash hire or fire decisions according to results per quarter. There is good growth

Cons

Too many changes recently. Everyone craves stability and consistency which is not there when there are too many changes.

Pros

No one is paying attention to your work so you can pretty much coast most of the time. Over half the people who work there are not doing anything most of the time.

Cons

The only reason people even know there is a leadership team is because they're visibly arguing and tearing each other down. The culture is rooted in retaliation. This company isn't straight up unethical but... it's there. Once you realize how cheap they are, you'll see why they have such a bad reputation locally.
