The company has entered a promising new phase under the leadership of the new MD. With a clear vision and direction, there has been a visible shift towards growth and improvement. Many experienced professionals are joining the team, bringing fresh ideas and valuable expertise. I am confident that in the coming years, the Indian operations will create a success story that will set an example for the entire global group. It's an exciting time to be part of this transformation and to learn from the journey.

Some internal processes are still evolving, but this provides the chance to contribute to building efficient and modern systems from the ground up.

There is no pro in this company. It’s a Lala company claiming to be MNC. Only good thing is 5 days working.

Cons

Everything. 1-Management- MD is new and seemed nice initially but he’s not. He never address to your problem. HR head is of no use. She is there only to use her phone sitting in her cabin. 2- toxic work culture- there is always gossiping about everyone behind their back. 3.no growth- there is no growth in this company for next 5 years for sure as MD has his favourites and favourites has their own favourites. Company is going through losses from last 2 years and is desperate to turn into profitable company by hook or crook. 4- job security- no job security if they think your role is not needed you will be
