Pros

It is an easy job that requires little training and no experience. Also, all of my coworkers were very nice and helpful.

Cons

The pay was okay, but the benefits were less-than-ideal. New employees are not paid overtime for work on the weekends/holidays (at least I wasn't).

Pros

The company is very flexible when it comes to taking time off, management doesn't seem to breathe down your neck and lets you get your work done if you are actually performing well, $2 premium added to base pay on the weekends is nice (but I heard that they recently did away with that)

Cons

They barely give raises, no paid overtime (and there are plenty of times when you have to work off the clock to finish things), no training in produce/floral, corporate just comes into the store to scare the employees but nothing is fully done about issues in the store, they are way too lenient on their sexual harassment policy i.e. not firing people for threats and harassment, almost impossible to get fired even if your work ethic is lacking, corporate doesn't care about anyone in the store's opinions but management
