Pros

The pay was okay, especially if you work the over-time. The free snacks were decent but very limited in variety, especially if you have food allergies like several of my coworkers.

Cons

There are really too many, but really it comes down to a lack of integrity and knowledge. Sales people would make promises to customers about what the product could do and not realize that the program was unable to do it, so specialists were required to do mass data entry to cover up their mistakes. Mid level management was more concerned about pushing their employees rather than figuring out the most efficient - and they would rather have a single employee work overtime than hire a second one to reduce the burden and allow them to take vacation.

Pros

It’s a new company that is ever growing and changing. So you need to come into this opportunity with that expectation. The expectation to be part of the change and not complain about the changes that are not happening fast enough if that what your used to. It’s fast, it’s new and we are growing so quickly but that is what makes the journey what it is. Exciting!

Cons

The struggle comes in along with the PRO. We are growing and changing so quickly and sometimes things happen overnight. You have to be able to switch gears rather quickly some times. If you’re used to documentation and cookie cutter environment. This is not the place for you.
