Pros

I joined Businessolver almost 5 years with a goal of growth. I was a year out of college when I started, and I was looking for an opportunity to learn and be challenged. That is exactly what I got! Over the last 5 years, I have been able to get involved in so many different aspects of the organization, gaining new skills and responsibilities along every step of the way. On top of that, I have been able to learn from some incredibly awesome & talented people!

Cons

Businessolver is a fast paced organization and we change often! Change had never been easy for me, so when I first joined- this was difficult. I like creating a plan and sticking to it, but I have quickly learned that flexibility is key. Change is a necessary part of growth and success at Businessolver definitely comes from the work you put in and the attitude you have.
