      It’s not worth the time (and trust me, they’ll take your time).

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues (while they last). Food. Client contact. Medical plan & some benefits.

      Cons

      No work-life balance (calls & requests at all hours of the day/night. Too much work to do and no real help to do it. It will never be slow.) Inexperienced leadership (no one will stand up for what’s right & those who do get fired, asked to leave, or pushed out. Don’t ever disagree with Jon or Rae). Lack of transparency (lies & false promises to employees & clients). Humiliation & fear All of these things I witnessed firsthand because they happened to me and many I worked with.

      Pros

      Always growing and always striving for more, new, and different. It's a challenge which means getting out of the comfort zone.

      Cons

      The growth can stretch some who like consistency and sameness. At times the workload can be stressful but the rewards can be great.

      Pros

      Everyone you work with can agree it isn’t a great place to work. They will try to sucker you in with free food and promises that don’t exist. You don’t have room to grow.

      Cons

      This company and management will not appreciate you or the assests you bring. They constantly make you feel like you are lesser than others. This organization is cliquey and only the people in the clique will be paid properly. If you’re not in that group, don’t even bother unless you want to be underpaid and overworked.
