Not many days off are offered initially. Try negotiating that out in the interview process. Raises aren’t often given. You almost always have to ask. There is not a true performance review in place. When you become good at your job, your work load tends to increase. You have to be vocal about needing help or you could drown. Depending on your leadership (mine is wonderful) they will help you out.

I feel drained there is little room to move up with this company. They do not appreciate you as a person. This is why people are unhappy. They never have it together when bonuses come together and can't explain much about them. They put nothing in writing everything is face to face which seems a little wacky. Workforce management makes every decision over participant services. The sups will not stand up for you. I am more than what this company is limiting me too. This company has no values. No goals.
