I have met some great people while working here! The culture is strong and its an exciting fun place to work.

Cons

Pros

Food and booze. You'll need it working regular 12 hour days. Managers have vodka bottles at their desks. No joke.

Cons

Just read a review stating that the negative reviews must be from competitors. The only fake reviews on here are the ones from HR Employee Engagement and their boot lickers. Pay attention to the real ones if job hunting. Zero respect for your personal life. Flexibility is one sided, only 12 PTO days and ZERO sick pay. Every client team in my year there was overloaded by 2-3 clients they had no time for, as a result you'll be buried in fighting fires 70 hours a week and never get ahead to make proactive improvements.

Sometimes tough being remote to be engaged all the time, however my team is amazing and I never feel left out!
