Pros

Collaboration Partnership Transparency Fun Honest This is a great place to work. If I wasn’t leaving to care for my daughter, I’d 100% stay. I was supported loved working with my clients. But even in my departure my clients didn’t miss a beat because of how our organization is structured so that we can ensure they are cared for.

Cons

It’s fast paced - but that’s benefits. You have to be on your toes. Employees who leave seem to slander the organization when they didn’t get the promotion they wanted but likely didn’t deserve.
