The flexibility of the schedule is worth the job

Cons

Lack of consistent direction from leadership and company culture may make others cringe. Being referred to as a Black Solver is what made me think they what they preach in the company-wide meetings was just for show

- They try with diversity programs - Allow employees to be fully remote

Cons

- There is a lady at the top that still has her hands in everything and doesn't seem to understand how to scale the company.
