Businessolver is a place where you can continually engage with your colleagues, which are the best in the industry, and continually learn and grow. I'm closing in on my fourth year at Businessolver and I can tell you that over the years there has been three constants: relationships, collaboration, and a drive to be the best in the industry. It's a challenging place, and it's also very rewarding when you see your leaders show how much they care about individuals. If you want to stand still in your career, it's not the place for you. If you want to have an exciting ride in a dynamic industry, it's the place to be. There is a reason we are called Solvers.
Cons
Like all companies you can never communicate enough. There are communication gaps sometimes. That being said, Businessolver continues to work hard to communicate corporate goals, team and individual goals and initiatives. Keep working it.
