Don’t work here. It’s horrible.

Cons

Everything. They promise home-work life balance - that’s a lie. They promise raises and bonuses - you’ll NEVER see them. They promote empathy at work - they literally couldn’t care less about you. I hated my life. I gained weight and lost my hair and eyelashes while working here because of all of the stress. Find somewhere else to apply. Anywhere else.

See headline. It's true. They'll challenge you in the way a good college professor would. You'll never regret the hard work because you'll know that without it, you would have never matured this much in your position. And the culture is second-to-none. Assume positive intent. Be accountable. Live in reality. Work hard. Play hard.

Cons

I left because my salary was not commensurate with the value I was providing. Also, there is some nepotism; I was passed over for a promotion due to their hiring someone without a job posting. Even internally, none of us even knew a position was opening up.
