Pros

Loved my team. Great people overall. Has some kinks and some challenging personalities, but I haven't worked at a company that doesn't.

Cons

Nothing that isn't common elsewhere. I do think leadership is somewhat reactive. They seem to have some contradictory core values/philosophies that create internal dysfunction and inconsistent responses to situations. I think leadership needs to decide what kind of company they really want.

Cons

- Sub par bonuses - Rigorous delivery schedule - Weekly code releases (On FRIDAYS)

Pros

Small org where if you get in the right part of the Org you can build a strong support network.

Cons

Sink or swim environment. Need to have detailed industry know Edge because without it they will overload you with clients and you will need to build your own support network. Additionally, decision-making is disorganized and lacks strategic thought. Company eliminated small perks during COVID and failed to reinstitute any of them, and the last round of merit pool was laughable. If you co,Ed here from a large organization you will be disappointed in leadership and overall organization and strategic focus.
