IT is well run fulfilling most most of the time

Pros

Catering, General culture (within IT) is good. I've heard murmurs of problems with other departments but if you're looking at working in IT or Engineering then Businessolver is a good place to work overall and I've been happy in my time here. All the tech leads and product managers are friendly.

Cons

Open-Enrollment can be a stressful time. Working a fairly old legacy system causes headaches and if you're not ready to bend over backwards for client requests sometimes you might find the work frustrating.

Pros

The manager's I've had really care about what I want to do and where I want to go, and have been helping me reach my goals. They have listened to the request to have more access to management

Cons

They need a more all encompassing approach to remote workers. I know they are working on processes, but there's a way to go.

Pros

BSC leadership is open to new ideas while at the same time ensuring new models or structures are sustainable as we grow. The pace is fast and exciting and the growth is real. Clients love the company and everything we represent.

Cons

People can get lost in the fast pace and have problems keeping up. Decisions are made quickly and sometimes communication is an afterthought. But, like many other reviewers have said - it's work. Put your adult pants on and get to it.
