Lots of movement and change. Provides opportunities for mixing it up and exposure to other work.

Cons

Downside is that you aren’t sure what is coming next. Need to be ok with not knowing if another pivot is around the corner.

Great working on one side, people are like family

Cons

no real movement, you can reach out to whoever you would like but they won't assist you or give you any information to move up unless you are friends with someone on that side that helped get you into the company

They have no idea what they’re doing . Seems as if the owners are winging it with fluff to try and sell . Clients are always mad and the system is so configurable no one knows how the thing works .
