Pros

- flexibility with working from home

Cons

- constant fear of layoffs - unclear internal policies - horrible communication across teams (although the company requires us to use multiple platforms to communicate across) - limited upward mobility - fewer perks than other, more established media companies

Pros

BDG runs more nimbly than other media companies. Smaller more autonomous teams. Less bureaucracy. It feels like ICs matter more because of this and there are opportunities to be promoted.

Cons

Might be harder to get a footing in the org for less experienced people
