Great work/life balance. People are lovely and everyone leaves at 6pm. CEO is smart and cares about his employees. In a very volatile industry landscape, this company is doing well, making money and treating their employees with respect.

Cons

some hires don't make sense and doesn't seem to be a lot of thought behind.
