Good pay that’s it

Pros

Good pay, benefits and retirement if you can stick it out to be fully vested This companies greatest quality is their ability to sell themselves but I suppose you have to when you lose about 10+ employees a year

Cons

No recognition If you didn’t start your career there you are automatically viewed as a lesser mechanic A lot of big egos crammed into one place Management feels the need to make everything “disciplinary” instead of being grown adults about things Everyone is extremely stuck in their ways Corporate says they want to change the culture but make 0 actual effort to do so it’s all just talk Made you feel bad if you took time off to take care of family or yourself

Pros

Management. They were too busy trying to get other management members in trouble to focus on the real needs of the business. Lack of effort by other coworkers or management to stay even an extra half an hour to get the work done for a clean start the next day.

Cons

Great place to work. Always busy and plenty to do. The days would fly by. The customers were great.
