Pros

Great Benefits, Fair Pay Structure, Ability to move to field work. After a year in the shop I was given my own truck and able to go out on field service calls. Pay structure is good, not commissioned based so you aren't hurt by taking jobs with troubleshooting required. Highest per hour pay of any dealerships in the area.

Cons

Hours can get long during the busy seasons. Worked on application equipment so from march to July it was a lot of late nights and weekends. Then harvest comes at the start of September until Thanksgiving.
