Pros

Supportive staff, work at client’s home. Good for starting in the field.

Cons

Low pay compared to other places, drive time are long, although they pay for a ratio of drive time, it is not worth it. Another thing not my position, but mid-levels are overworked with low pay. They do a lot and should be compensated. No benefits, no paid time off, and when cancellations happen they don’t re-route you. No full time position since cancellation happens most of the time.
