Having been with Butternut for a significant amount of time, I can genuinely say it’s a fantastic place to work. The people are amazing, and the culture fosters open communication where everyone’s voice is valued. There are always opportunities to grow, learn, and explore different roles within the business, which I’ve personally benefited from. This has given me a great work-life balance and expanded my knowledge in new areas. The management team is approachable, supportive, and always willing to help without hesitation. When I joined, I had no prior experience working in a production facility, but I’ve learned so much and continue to develop. The work can be challenging at times, but the support from colleagues makes a real difference and eases the workload. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better company to work for.
