      Great from the outside... but on the side there lacks experience, guidance and support.

      Pros

      * There are some really skilled people within the factory, which make their manufacturing site really best in class * They promoted womens rights, LGBTQIA+, and many amazing events throughout the year by bringing in external speakers. * They offered remote first during easter and summer holidays * They provide great products to our beloved furry friends

      Cons

      * Management team are really inexperienced & lack any empathy * Majority of colleagues spent time crying from how they were treated, including myself * Unrealistic expectations * If you were there from the beginning you're okay, but any new people (who have LOTS of experience are treated unfairly * Heavily promote from within, which you would think is a great thing but at Butternut it promotes backstabbing and unsupporting behavior.

      Fantastic culture. Lovely colleagues who have turned to friends. Office dogs.

      Sometimes communication is poor between teams. Would prefer not to have compulsory days in the office.
