Pros

I recently interviewed for a role at Butternut Box as their Senior Project Manager, despite it not being a best fit - I wanted to highlight their best-in-class recruitment process and that I only have good things to say about the company. From the start, I was informed throughout and their team were so very helpful, kind and welcoming. I was given so much detail and felt very prepared for my interview stages. I particularly wanted to give a shoutout to their Talent member, Rodrigo. Their comms and support was fantastic! Really enjoyed meeting the team, their brilliant culture really shines through. I could tell just from our virtual conversations it's a great place to work. They also facilitated a virtual call when I was unable to attend in person due to financial constraints so they are super flexible to accommodate both parties.

Cons

No criticism on my front, I shared feedback the only other thing I think they could do to further elevate their recruitment process is using telephone calls for updates as needed e.g. if someone is on leave. I would find that a super personal touch.
