      Pros

      - Incredible people to work with (friendly, hardworking, really there to live the Butternut Box values) - Great tools making working easier (Slack and Notion are my faves) - Great socials - Lovely office environment! - DOGS DOGS AND MORE DOGS!

      Cons

      Literally can’t think of any a part from a fast paced environment which might not be for everyone (personally love this though 😂)!

      Working at Butternut Box is an amazing experience. The work is challenging yet meaningful, and I take pride in knowing that I'm making a real difference in the lives of the dogs we feed and their humans. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and I'm grateful for the incredible support and encouragement from my managers and peers in helping me achieve my professional goals. They've been my biggest cheerleaders. It's fantastic to work with a team that is not only talented but also passionate and dedicated. It's inspiring to be surrounded by so many individuals who genuinely believe in Butternut's mission and are committed to making a positive impact in the world. Overall, Butternut Box is a fantastic place to work, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an incredible team.

      I understand that this might not apply to everyone, which is why I’ve put this in the cons section. However, working in a rapidly growing company, like Butternut Box, energises me. The fast-paced work environment keeps me engaged and motivated, and the high standards displayed throughout the team encourages me to push myself to achieve more. If you’re someone who finds meaning and satisfaction in pace and purpose, Butternut is the right place for you.

      Pros

      I have been working at Butternut Box for a year. The company culture is amazing and I am proud to be a part of such a passionate team. I feel like I am contributing to something meaningful. The management team is very approachable and supportive. They value employee feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the work environment. The office is very modern, full of dogs and comfortable, which makes coming to work a pleasure and only twice a week. One thing that stands out to me is the emphasis on work-life balance. The management team understands that employees have a life outside of work and do their best to accommodate everyone's needs. Overall, I highly recommend Butternut Box as a great place to work. The company values its employees and provides a supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.

      Cons

      It can feel hectic sometimes so communicating that to your line manager is key. Sometimes that are lots of changes happening in a short space of time that can make you feel uneasy, however, the management is very proactive to explain what and why is happening.
