      Pros

      Having moved from a very corporate role to Butternut i've never been so happy in all my life. Management are genuine, caring and open. This is their baby and they want the most caring family helping it grow.

      Cons

      Five word minimum... waste of space.

      Pros

      The company are strongly guided by their values on both a micro and macro scale - every business decision we make day in day out is guided by our values which helps us all stay in-tune with one another. Huge growth opportunities - company wants to grow so much so quickly and it's exciting to be on board where other companies could quite happily remain stagnant. Vibrant, exciting, dynamic office where your skills, character and individualism are welcomed and supported. Good social scene, culture and perks.

      Cons

      Salaries probably not quite up to other similar positions but perks, company culture quality of management & leadership and genuinely feeling valued makes up for a few extra quid a month.

      The people are friendly, supportive and good at what they do! The values and mission are clear and everything we do is based on them The management and founders are a joy to work with Exciting, fast paced atmosphere Amazing learning and development opportunities Office dogs! I feel supported personally and professionally at work

      It is a fast paced environment so be ready for that!
