      Pros

      Good ethos - we love dogs! Engagement events are excellent. Decent wage plus perks. Long hours but ultimately we only only work half the days out of a month. Enhanced parental leave

      Cons

      DEI is developing and the company is working hard at it. As a disabled employee, I haven't had the support I've needed, but this is changing slowly. Inflexible working hours for parents and carers / PT hours. It's a growing company so things change quickly!

      Pros

      Worked with them through the pandemic, so all work from home work. Really took the time to build a really nice working environment.

      Sales based and “warm calling” wasn’t always that warm
