Pros

1. Everyone is genuine & humble. People you want to work alongside. 2. Things are moving very quickly so it's never boring. 3. Additional days holiday for every year at Butternut. (+ dogs)

Cons

1. A level of ambiguity to be comfortable with given the rate of growth 2. High-performance expectations - not for everyone. 3. More to do on diversity & inclusion.

Pros

Great teams Supportive work environment Social events Fast changing

Cons

New company so they are still learning their best way to do things, the flip side of this is that they listen to the views of staff and take ideas on board.
