The people - from even before I started in the role, multiple individuals from the company helped me find a place to live, help with moving and genuinely just go over and above. I also was regularly contacted by the people team to see how I was getting on and touching base. On top of that, I received personal congrats and welcome to the team emails from all those who interviewed me. And this was even before I started! Since joining I've never laughed so much in a workplace, the team is so welcoming and the additional perks of socials or lunches (and dogs) is over and above any other company I've worked for. But equally, the demand and high quality of work is just a given and it is really motivational to be around such high achieving and determined colleagues, who genuinely care about where they work and what they do. Cannot recommend Butternut Box enough to anyone who wants to up their job satisfaction, gain responsibilities and opportunities for growth and be part of a team, inside and out of work.

I started working at Butternut about 4 months ago and have truly enjoyed my time here. My onboarding manager really cared about preparing me for success at the company and since then, the whole "squad" has really welcomed me into the company. Butternut's culture really cannot be beat. In addition to the culture, it's exciting to be part of a company that is growing at such a fast pace.
