      Autonomous, but also feel part of a team (i was working remotely). Great perks, they really make you feel appreciated. They understand people may not stay in the same job forever. A lot of freedom

      Pros

      I haven't been at Butternut too long but I wanted to highlight how supported and welcomed I've felt since day 1. I appreciate all of the opportunities for growth and development, and the founders and leaders' passion for Butternut and its mission; is infectious.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly and the fast paced nature might not feel right for everyone

      Great People. Big Challenges. Lots of Dogs.

      1. Everyone is genuine & humble. People you want to work alongside. 2. Things are moving very quickly so it's never boring. 3. Additional days holiday for every year at Butternut. (+ dogs)

      Cons

      1. A level of ambiguity to be comfortable with given the rate of growth 2. High-performance expectations - not for everyone. 3. More to do on diversity & inclusion.
