Pros

Everyone at the company is behind the mission of helping dogs live happier and healthier lives and leaving owners smiling after every interaction. This gives a huge sense of purpose to everything. The culture is unique in the best way possible and everyone really cares about everyone. Beneath the fun is an extremely ambitious and competitive team that is seizing amazing opportunities every single day. More often than not there are dogs in the office which is a great reminded of why we come into work every day.

Cons

Nothing specific springs to mind at this time!

Pros

- Great culture and full of intelligent people - Everyone is really inclusive and friendly - The work is genuinely interesting - No pointless/boring meetings - Lovely office space

Cons

- As there are office dogs, if you already have dogs/cats at home, you will be spending 24 hours a day with animals. Not a con as such.

Pros

Butternut is a company like no other... the communication and transparency internally is amazing, everyone is encouraged to question and stand up with their opinions. I feel like my voice is always heard and that I have a lot to give back. I’ve learnt so much since joining Butternut, everyone is so committed to achieving the best for our clients in every aspect and every team member is ready to help you at any time.

Cons

Can be quite intense and fast paced- not a con but someone who enjoys slow 4 hour meetings and lots of useless email threads wouldn’t enjoy it.
