Pros

- Clear senior leadership (great co-founders) - Sustainable growth plans (not growth at any cost that can lead to volatility in redundancies and burnout culture) - Extremely friendly and welcoming culture - Generous equity options available

Cons

- Focus on maintaining long tenure means lots of middle and senior management have been there a long time. While obviously a sign of a good culture, this can mean there is uncertainty with room for progression in some roles

Terrible leadership and petty managers who have a tenuous grip on reality, they expect staff to exceed the 12 hours they work because they think we are robots. Health and safety is an absolute joke which is run by people who have little interest about the issues we have or how to solve them. Forget promotion unless you socialise with higher ups or are of an obsequious nature.
