Pros

You don't need a college degree or common sense to do the work asked of you, you swing it, most people spend their time gossiping or eating at their desks, ABM is a dinosaur at the bank consistently does nothing, BM is useless does not know anything was hired because he is friends with regional manager

Cons

Mangement, HR does not defend employees, favoritism, gossip, no one ever knows what they are doing absolutely NO ONE, lack of communication, this bank is a joke

Pros

Nothing really, except that we're no longer on the brink of utter financial ruin (thanks to some investors who saved us). If you're considering applying or working here, for the love of God STAY AWAY. You don't wanna work in this hellhole!

Cons

Low pay, lack of advancement opportunities, poor benefits, managers frequently practice favoritism, advancement is based on anything BUT merit, HR and management is largely incompetent, hard work is not rewarded, commissions for sales were axed several years ago, morale is low-to-nonexistent, no real communication between management and front-line employees, rules are frequently changed without notification or explanation, customers tend to be very spoiled and snotty, rules aren't universally enforced, A LOT of gossip and backstabbing, high employee turnover (and HR's inability to find replacements) means that we're understaffed across the bank leaving the rest of us overworked and overwhelmed.
