Pros

If looking for employment to start in the financial industry this is a company to go with.Very low, achievable sales goals; however options for advancement are limited.

Cons

The pay is below market average in the Chicago area, there are no incentives/bonuses for sales goals. There is no customer services available after hours of operations. The company is in process of growing, but does not have the manpower to support such. Lack of professionalism/high turnover.
