Pros

Working for Byline is like being part of a community. The culture is very collaborative and employees motivate each other. It's a company with constant growth, and it's very rewarding to be part of the progress. Byline adapted to a world changing over the pandemic in a very flexible and safe way. The DEI initiatives that have been implemented over the last two years have helped employees grow, and bring feel confident about who they are.

Cons

As it's a constant growing company, the work load is intense at certain times.

Pros: (1) the bank is growing rapidly, so there are lots of professional growth opportunities; (2) flexibility in hours and location; (3) lots of diversity; (4) great client base; and (5) challenging work.

Cons

Cons: (1) the bank is growing rapidly, so some people and systems are stretched; (2) it's very busy; and (3) there's a lot of independence, so you have to be a self-starter.
